双虎清肝颗粒治疗慢性乙型肝炎206例临床观察

目的观察双虎清颗粒治疗慢性乙型肝炎的临床疗效。方法将206例慢性乙型肝炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,分别给予双虎清颗粒（24g/次,2次/d）和乙肝清热解毒冲剂（20g/次,2次/d）温开水冲服。分别检测两组患者治疗前后肝功能、乙肝病毒血清标记物及血尿便常规、尿素氮等指标。结果两组患者疗效、症状恢复率间差别有显著性意义（P〈0.05）;治疗组患者丙氨酸氨基转移酶（ALT）、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶（AST）、总胆红素（TBIL）与对照组比较,差别有显著性意义（P〈0.05）;治疗组患者HBeAg、HBsAg、HBV-DNA阴转率与对照组比较,差别有显著性意义（P〈0.05）。结论双虎清颗粒可有效治疗乙型肝炎,改善其症状,抑制病毒复制,恢复肝功能。

Clinical Observation on Chronic Hepatitis B Treated with Chinese Traditional Medicine Shuanghuqinggan Granule

Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of Shuanghuqinggan granule in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B.Methods Patients were dandomly divided into the study group and control group.The patients in the study group were treated with Shuanghuqinggan granule,while patients in control group were treated with Chinese traditional medicine Detoxicating electuary.Laboratory indicators such as liver function test and serum hepatitis B virus marks were respectively detected before and after the treatment.Results (1)The HbeAg,HBsAg and negative rate in study group were significantly different from those in control group(P<0.05).(2) Liver function was restored and the key indicators were significantly improved in study group after the treatment.(3)Symptoms such as fullness of the epigastria,anorexia and nausea were alleviated,jaundice was relieved in study group.Conclusion Chinese traditional medicine Shuanghuqinggan granule is suitable for treating the chronic hepatitis B,it can relieve the symptoms,remove the abnormal physical signs,inhibit the virus replication and restore the liver function.
