| 摘 要： | 目的 观察重组人生长激素对造血干细胞移植后生长障碍儿童的疗效和安全性。方法 用分泌型重组人生长激素 ,剂量为 1u/kg·w ,分 6～ 7次 ,于晚上睡前3 0分钟皮下注射 ,在治疗前后对比生长指标的变化 ,并随访不良反应。结果 经治疗6个月后身高增长率较治疗前明显提高 ,血清胰岛素样生长因子 -1亦明显升高 ,未发现有严重的不良反应。结论 生长激素能明显促进造血干细胞移植后生长障碍儿童的身高增长 ,使用安全。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the therapeutic effect and safety of recombinant human growth hormone (r-hGH) in children with growth retardation after blood stem cell transplantation. Methods The r-hGH in a dose of 1 IU/kg/week was given subcutaneously in 6-7 divided doses 30 min before sleeping and venous growth parameters were detected before and after the r-hGH treatment. Results After 6 months of r-hGH treatment, a significant increase of growth velocity was observed and the serum IGF level also had a significant increment. Conclusion The growth stimulating effect and safety were confirmed in using of r-hGH in the treatment of growth retardation after blood stem cell transplantation for 6 month. |
