摘    要:目的 评价逆行带锁髓内钉治疗股骨远端粉碎性骨折的效果。方法 应用逆行带锁髓内钉治疗股骨远端粉碎骨折16例17侧,闭合复位内固定8例,切开复位内固定8例。结果 16例切口均顺利愈合,无关节感染发生,骨折复位好,骨折愈合时间平均3个月,膝关节屈伸活动满意。结论 用逆行带锁髓内钉治疗股骨远端粉碎性骨折,手术操作简单,固定可靠,对软组织破坏少,有利于骨折愈合和膝关节功能的恢复。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate clinical effects of retrograde intramedullary interlocking nail for the treatment of comminutcd fracture of distal end of femur. Methods Sixteen patients with 17comminuted fractures of distal end of femur were treated by retrograde intramedullary interlocking nail. 8 patients were treated with closed reduction, another patients with open reduction. Results All patients obtained per primum healing of thc incision and satisfactory, reduction of thc fracturc without intraarticular infection. Bone union was occurred in an average of 3 months. The movements of knee joint were excellent. Conclusion The merits of retrograde intramodullary interlocking nail are simple manipulation, stable fixation, loss injury to soft tissue and increase of bone union. It is conducive to the functional recovery of the knee joint.
