| 摘 要： | 目的：研究视网膜色素上皮细胞移植后排斥反应的发生及其控制过程。方法：以经巩膜外路移植方法行家兔同种异体视网膜色素上皮细胞移植，应用光镜及电镜观察移植后１４ｄ受体视网膜及移植细胞的病理学改变和免疫抑制剂对其影响。结果：单纯移植组移植排斥反应变化明显；免疫抑制剂组无排斥反应的变化。结论：家兔同种异体间视网膜色素上皮细胞移植有急性排斥反应的发生，但在控制排斥反应的情况下，移植细胞可保持原有形态
