紫外线照射充氧自血回输对脑梗塞患者血浆内皮素的影响

摘    要:目的:观察紫外线照射充氧自血回输(UBI)对脑梗塞患者血浆内皮素(ET)的影响。方法:应用放射免疫分析法测定32例脑梗塞患者应用紫外线照射充氧自血回输疗法前、后血浆内皮素的含量,并与20例未应用UBI疗法的脑梗塞患者及30例健康人的血浆ET含量进行对照观察。结果:用与未用UBI疗法的脑梗塞患者急性期血浆ET含量均显著升高,二者相比无显著性差异(P>0.05)。但与正常对照组相比,均有显著性差异(P<0.01)。治疗14d后,两组患者血浆ET含量均有显著下降,但UBI组ET下降更明显,与非UBI组相比,差异显著(P<0.01)。结论:UBI有降低ET的作用,其对ET的影响,可能是其治疗脑梗塞的诸多机理之一。

Abstract:Objective:Our aim was to study the effects of ultraviolet irradiation and oxygenated blood auto infusion on plasma endothelin(ET) in patients with cerebral infarction Methods: Plasma endothelin(ET) concentrations were measured by radioimmunoassay(RIA) in 32 patients with cerebral infarction following ultraviolet irradiation and oxygenated blood auto infusion(UBI). Twenty cerebral infarction patients were treated with non UBI therapy and 30 healthy people were enrolled as controls. Results:ET concentrations were significantly higher in cerebral infarction patients at the acute stage of the onset than those of the controls ( P <0.01). There was no significant difference between the two patient groups( P >0.05). Two weeks after the therapy,plasma ET levels decreased remarkably in patients groups. In comparison with non UBI therapy group,plasma ET levels reduced significantly in UBI therapy group( P <0.01).Conclusion:UBI therapy could reduce the plasma ET level in cerebral infarction patients. This study provided some directive evidence for the cerebral infarction therapy.
