膨体聚四氟乙烯假体隆鼻术并发症的分析及防治

目的：为了减少膨体聚四氟乙烯假体隆鼻术的并发症,并提高手术质量。方法：笔者系统回顾了本院两年来150例实施膨体聚四氟乙烯假体隆鼻术的患者的情况,统计了相关数据,重点介绍了其中21例并发症（主要为假体外露及慢性感染）的观察结果及处理过程。结果：大部分并发症的产生与施术者对手术方式的选择、手术操作以及适应证处理不当有明显的关系。经过再次处理并发症的患者均基本满意,随访6个月～1年,未见异常。结论：根据鼻部不同的条件,选择不同的手术方式,依靠膨体聚四氟乙烯的特点,及自身组织移植,把握好适应证,正确操作而达到理想的效果。

E-PTFE prosthesis rhinoplasty analysis and prevention

Objective Reduce the e-PTFE prosthesis rhinoplasty complications and improve the quality of surgery.Methods We not only systematically reviewed the statistics of 150 cases of e-PTFE prosthesis in the past two years of our hospital,but also presented our observation and treatment of 21 cases in which complications occurred（Mainly for prosthetic exposed and infected） in detail.Results To a large extent most complications raised due to the surgeon＇s improper choice of surgical method,improper operation and mishandling of indications.The patients recovered after the re-treatment of complications and felt no physical abnormalities in the follow-up six months to one year.Conclusion In order to achieve the desired results,we should choose the most fixable surgical approach,handle indication timely,operate correctly according to different conditions of the nose,relying on the characteristics of expanded polytetrafluoroethylene and their tissue transplantation.
