原发性脑室出血的临床研究

目的：对原发性脑室出血的诊断做出准确判断。方法：收集我院1997年4月-2007年4月收治的原发性脑室出血的60例患者，探讨了原发性脑室出血的临床表现的特点及对预后的评价。结果：影像学技术的不断进步，尤其是高分辨率CT和MRI的临床应用，对原发性脑室出血的临床表现及判定预后有了新的认识。
