| 摘 要： | 目的 观察中心静脉抗菌导管的抗菌效果。方法100例ICU患者,随机分成两组于治疗结束拔出中心静脉导管前,用安尔碘消毒留置导管处,截取一段,同时抽取5ml血液,置入肉汤培养液中进行生化检验。结果 抗菌组与普通组比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。抗菌导管能降低感染的发生率。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of the central venous catheter on colliding with bateria . Methods One hundred cases from ICU were devided into two groups at random . The point of indwelling catheter was sterilized with An Diam before it was drawn out when treatment was finished . and then one part was truncated from it and 5 ml of blood drawn . They were respectively put into meat unfusion agar for biochemical tests . Results An obvious difference was observed between the anti-bacterium catheter group and common catheter group (P<0.05 ). Conclusion Anti- bacterium catheter can decrease infectious rate. |
