氯氮平引起尿素氮异常的回顾性研究

摘    要:目的探讨氯氮平对尿素氮的影响。方法对416例首都医科大学附属北京安定医院2004年6月-2005年9月期间住院或出院的患者进行调查。结果尿素氮异常为41例,异常率为9.9%(41/416),95%置信区间(7.0%,12.8%);年龄高于50岁的异常率比低于50岁的高,差异具有统计学意义。剂量高于300mg/d的异常率较低于300mg/d的低,差异具有统计学意义。结论年龄、服药剂量对尿素氮升高的影响有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。服用氯氮平治疗患者的尿素氮异常率高达9.9%。

Abstract:Objective The aim of this paper was to investigate the incidence of the clozapine-induced increase of blood urea nitrogen and the relation between the incidence and clozapine in Beijing Anding Hospital Affiliated to Capital University of Medical Sciences psychiatric patients. Methods 416 patients were enrolled in the study. Patients' conditions have been surveyed by using questionnaire of clozapine-associated side effects designed by expert in Beijing Anding Hospital. Results 416 patients were surveyed successfully. The incidence of increase of blood urea nitrogen was 9.9%(41/416).Among different groups of age, the rate of the clozapine-induced increase of blood urea nitrogen was different significantly. The rate of the older(>50 years) was higher than that of the younger (<50 years).Conclusion Increase of blood urea nitrogen was significantly related with age and clozapine dose. The incidence of increase of blood urea nitrogen was 9.9% in patients treated by clozapine.
