实习护士自我和谐与总体幸福感的相关研究

目的]了解实习护士总体幸福状态以及自我和谐的特征,探讨总体幸福感与自我和谐的相关性。方法]采用总体幸福感量表(GWB)和自我和谐量表(SCCS)对127名实习护士进行问卷调查。结果]实习护士总体幸福感不高,得分为61.21分±9.41分,处于中等痛苦水平;实习护士自我和谐性得分为94.13分±13.90分,各维度得分均低于大学生常模组;实习护士总体幸福感与自我和谐程度有关,与自我与经验的不和谐性、自我的刻板性呈负相关,与自我的灵活性呈正相关。结论]实习护士总体幸福感与自我和谐程度有关,对实习护士实施针对性的心理干预,可以维护其心理健康,增强其幸福感。

Research on correlation between self- consonance and general well- being of practical nurses

Objective： To know about the characteristics of self - conso- nance and general well - being state of practical nurses, and to probe into the correlation between general well - being and self - consonance. Methods： A total of 127 practical nurses accepted questionnaire using GWB and SCCS. Results： The practical nurses＇total score of general wellbeing was 61.21±9.41, were at moderate pain level. The total score of self - consonance was 94. 13±13.90,and all dimension scores were lower than norm group. There were relationship between general well - being and self- consonance, and there was a negative correlation between self- dis- sonance and self- stereotypy, and there was positively correlation be- tween general well - being and self and experience disharmony and self - stereotypes. Conclusion. There is relation between general well - being and self - consonance of practical nurses. Targeted psychological inter- vention should be carried out for practical nurses, and it can maintain their mental health and enhance their general well - being.
