鼠神经生长因子治疗手足口病合并中枢神经系统损害临床观察

摘    要:目的 探讨鼠神经生长因子在手足口病合并中枢神经系统损害中的作用.方法 收集北京佑安医院2010 年1 ~12 月收治的152 例手足口合并中枢神经系统损害的患者的临床资料,其中鼠神经生长因子治疗组102 例,对照组50 例,回顾性分析两组患者的临床特点.结果 年龄在3岁以下的患者占84.9%,患病天数在5 d 以内者占84.0%,除谷丙转氨酶和乳酸脱氢酶以外,入院时两组在生命体征及生化指标方面无统计学差异,经治疗后,鼠神经因子组患者均痊愈出院,而对照组患者中47 例痊愈,2 例好转,1 例死亡,平均住院天数分别为(11.1 ±5.1)d 和(10.0 ±2.4)d(P =0.14).结论 鼠神经生长因子可能有益于手足口病合并中枢神经损害的转归.

Abstract:Objective To explore the role of mouse nerve growth factor(mNGF)in hand-foot-mouth disease(HFMD)complicated with central nervous system damage.Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on clinical data of 152 patients with HFMD complicated with central nervous system damage in Beijing Youan Hospital from January to December 2010,of which 102 patients were treated with mNGF and 50 patients were as controls.Results Children less than 3 years accounted for 84.9% and sick days less than 5 accounted 84.0%.Except for ALT and LDH,there were no significant differences in vital signs and biochemical indicators between the two groups at the time of admission.After treatment,all were cured in mNGF group,while in control group,47 patients were cured,2 cases improved,and 1 patient died.The average hospital days were 11.1±5.1 and 10.0±2.4 respectively(P=0.14).Conclusions mNGF may be useful for prognosis of HFMD complicated with central nervous system damage.
