| 摘 要： | 在医学生进入临床实习的阶段及时将医疗纠纷防范教育融入临床教学中，对于青年医师今后的顺利工作具有重要意义。本文探讨医疗纠纷的成因，提出在临床教学中应加强防范教育，为完善临床教学提供有效的模式。

| Abstract: | If we can add how to avoid medical dispute into clinical education,it must be very helpful to young doctors in their medical work after graduation.The article analyzed the cause of medical dispute,and proposed how to enhance the education of medical dispute avoiding,and prove a efficient way to improve clinical education. |
