温针对绝经后骨质疏松症骨密度的影响及疗效研究

目的:探讨温针和钙剂单独或联合应用治疗绝经后骨质疏松症的临床疗效及作用机制.方法:将60例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,治疗组选取大椎、足三里、肾俞、关元俞,隔日温针并服钙尔奇D治疗;对照组仅服钙尔奇D治疗.观察两组治疗前后的主要症状变化及骨密度等指标的改变.结果:治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组患者骨密度及血清雌二醇提高(P<0.05,P<0.01),而对照组基本无明显变化.结论:温针与钙剂联合应用,疗效优于钙剂单独应用,且安全无明显毒副作用.其疗效机制可能是温针具有温补脾肾、提高激素水平、延缓骨丢失作用.

Warm needling therapy for treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis and effect on bone mass density

Objective To study clinical therapeutic effects of warm needling therapy and Caltrate on postmenopausal osteoporosis and the mech anisms. Methods Sixty cases were randomly divided into a treatment group a nd a control group, 30 cases in each group. The treatment group were treated by warm acupuncture at Dazhui (GV 14), Zusanli (ST 36), Shenshu (BL 23), Guanyuanshu (BL 26), once other day and oral administration of Caltrate; the control grou p were treated only by oral administration of Caltrate. Changes of main symptom s, bone mass density and other indexes before and after treatment in the two gro ups were investigated. Results The therapeutic effect in the tr eatment group was better than that in the control group (P<0.05), and the b one mass density and serum estradiol level in the treatment group increased (P <0.05, P<0.01), but in the control group did not change. Conclus ion Therapeutic effect of warm needling combined with Caltrate is superior to that of Caltrate without obvious adverse effects, and the mechanisms are possibly warm tonifying spleen and kidney, increas ing hormone levels and delaying lose of bone.
