| 摘 要： | 目的：评价对高血压性脑出血患者用不同手术方法的疗效。总结各种手术治疗方法的优缺点。为今后的治疗总结经验。方法：对61例高血压性脑出血患者,其中钻孔引流25例,小骨窗血肿清除术及外引流尿激酶治疗9例。血肿钻孔合并脑室外引流13例,血肿清除去骨瓣减压术14例。结果：存活55例,死亡6例,其中植物生存状态1例。结论：对高血压性脑出血的患者采用个体化手术方法,可以明显减少死亡率、提高生存质量。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the treatment effect of patients with cerebral hemorrhage with different methods of surgical treatment.To sum up all kinds of advantages and disadvantages of surgical treatment,sum up the experience.Methods:61 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage,25cases of drilling drainage,the small window of bone surgery to remove hematoma drainage and urokinase 9,blood in the combined borehole ventricular drainage in 13 cases,and to remove hematoma craniectomy 14 cases of surgery.Results:... |
