海洛因依赖者肝功能损害的观察

目的:通过对吸毒者进行肝功酶学及乙肝两对半的检测,了解其肝损害的情况。方法:动力学法检测谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、谷氨酰转氨酶(GGT)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP);酶免法检测乙肝两对半。结果:吸毒者被检测的各项指标均有不同程度的异常。结论:吸毒者中乙肝感染率较高,肝损害情况较为普遍。

Liver Functional Lesion in Heroin-dependent Drugsters

Objective To contribute the knowledge of liver functional lesion of drugsters by determining their liver functional enzymology and markers of hepatitis B.Methods We determined alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST),gamma-glutamyl transferase(GGT)and alkaline phosphatase (ALP)by dynamic test and the markers of hepatitis B by enzyme immunoassay(EIA). Results The determined indexes of drugsters were found abnormal in different extents. Conclusion The infection rate of hepatitis B is high and hepatic lesion is common among drugsters.
