血管内皮细胞生长因子在肝细胞癌中的表达和预后的关系

目的：本研究的目的是想探讨血管内皮细胞生长因子(VEGF)在肝细胞癌中的表达以及这种表达和预后的关系。方法：运用免疫组化的方法对手术切除的60例肝细胞癌标本进行了实验观察，运用统计学的方法对这60例的相关临床数据及随访资料进行了分析处理。结果：60例肝细胞癌中VEGF阳性表达40例占66．67％。和肝内转移、血管漫润有着明显的关联性，P=0.004，P=0．005。VEGF的阳性表达和较短的生存时间相关联，P=0．01。结论：以上结果支持VEGF在肝细胞癌的发展和预后方面起着重要作用。

The Relationship Between The Expression of Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor and Tumor Prognosis in Hepatocellular Carcinoma

Objective:This study was designed to determine the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) and its relations with tumor prognosis in hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).Methods:The expression of VEGF was examined by tissure immunohistochemistry techniques.The materials comprised 60 HCC specimens.The statistical analysis of these clinical data were performed.Results:The positive expression of VEGF was 66.67%(40/60).The expression of VEGF in HCC had a significant correlation with vascular invasion (P=0.005) and intrahepatic metastasis (P=0.004). The VEGF positive expression in HCC correlated significantly with shortened survival rates (P=0.01) .Conclusions:These results suggest that VEGF play an important role in the progression and prognosis of hepatocellular carcinoma.
