小儿腹泻病住院患者抗菌药物应用分析

目的调查医院抗菌药物治疗小儿腹泻病的应用情况,促进合理用药。方法对内江市第二人民医院2008年6月1日至2009年5月31日儿科住院、第一诊断为小儿腹泻病的131份归档病历,分别统计患儿住院诊断、住院时间、抗菌药物应用情况等。结果使用抗菌药物者130例,应用率达99.24%,共涉及8类20种抗菌药物,用药频度排序前4位的是喜炎平注射液、美洛西林舒巴坦钠、头孢替安、头孢哌酮舒巴坦钠;单一用药3例,联合用药127例。结论该院应用抗菌药物治疗小儿腹泻时存在不合理情况,有待规范管理。

Application Analysis of Antibiotics in Hospitalized Children with Diarrhea

Objective To investigate the application of antibiotics in child diarrheal diseases to promote rational drug use.Methods The archiving medical records of 131 children patients with the first diagnosis of diarrheal diseases hospitalized in the pediatric department of our hospital from June 1,2008 to May 31,2009,were statistically analyzed on admission diagnosis,length of stay in hospital and application of antibacterial drugs.Results 130 cases used antimicrobials with the usage rate of 99.24%,including 20 kinds of 8 categories;the top four places in DDDs were Xiyanping injection,mezlocillin and sulbactam sodium,ceftezole,cefoperazone and sulbactam sodium;there were 3 cases of single-use and 127 cases of combination therapy.Conclusion The treatment of child diarrhea in our hospital has unreasonable application of antibacterial drugs,which needs to be standardized and the management should be strengthened.
