脐带间充质干细胞治疗2型糖尿病皮肤溃疡的临床研究

目的探讨脐带间充质干细胞移植治疗2型糖尿病皮肤溃疡的临床效果。方法选取我院2012—2013年收治的2型糖尿病皮肤溃疡患者100例为研究对象,随机分为对照组、观察组各50例。对照组2型糖尿病皮肤溃疡患者行常规换药,观察组患者应用脐带间充质干细胞移植治疗。治疗后,比较二组患者愈合时间及愈合效果。结果观察组的显效时间和愈合时间均较对照组显著缩短,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组的治愈率显著高于对照组（P〈0.05）,观察组的总有效率显著高于对照组。结论脐带间充质干细胞移植较单用及常规治疗方法更好地改善2型糖尿病皮肤溃疡创面的愈合,避免患者组织感染,提高压疮患者的生活质量。

CLINICAL RESEARCH ON THE UMBILICAL CORD MESENCHYMAL STEM CELLS THERAPY IN THE TREATMENT OF TYPE 2 DIABETIC SKIN ULCER

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cell transplantation therapy in the treatment of type 2 diabetic skin ulcer.Methods A total of 100 cases with type 2 diabetic skin ulcer admitted in author＇s hospital from2012 to 2013 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.50 cases in the control group were given conventional treatment and 50 cases in the experimental group were given umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cell transplantation therapy. The healing time and healing effect were compared between two groups after treatment.Results The effect initiating time and healing time of experimental group were significantly shorten than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cell transplantation therapy can more effectively accelerate the wound healing of skin ulcer,avoid tissue infection,improve the quality of life of patients with pressure ulcers than conventional treatment.
