淀粉酶试剂开瓶上机后稳定性讨论

摘    要:目的:分析淀粉酶试剂开瓶上机后的稳定性,采取相应措施避免由于试剂不稳定导致的不良后果。方法:分别用70ml或20ml瓶装淀粉酶试剂,检测该项目一段时间并统计分析室内质控结果。结果:小瓶装试剂所测结果重复性良好,未出现向下漂移现象。结论:淀粉酶试剂机内稳定期为25天左右,应根据实际情况改用小试剂瓶。

Abstract:objective: to analyze the stability of amylase reagent within the instrument after open, take corresponding measures to avoid the adverse consequences due to unstable reagent. Methods: 70 ml or 20 ml bottled amylase reagent, detection of the project for a period and statistical analysis results of indoor quality control. Results: Small bottles of reagents and the repeatability of the results is good, does not appear downward drift phenomenon. Conclusion: amylase reagent stability within the instrument is 25 days or so, should according to actual circumstances, apply small reagent bottle.
