摘    要:目的 探讨多排层螺旋CT多平面重建技术在监测兔肝VX2肿瘤生长中的价值.方法 制作兔VX2肝癌模型28只,根据接种天数随机分成7、10、15和21天四组.对每组模型在确定时间内行CT动态增强双期扫描,对原始数据同时进行薄层重建后传输到GE工作站行多平面重建,获得肝脏轴位、冠状位、矢状位图像,记录肿瘤位置、强化特点,测量肿瘤大小.确定检查成功后,即刻处死实验动物,取出肿瘤行病理检查.结果 在实验兔中均成功种植出结节性VX2肝癌模型.动态增强螺旋CT肝动脉期显示肿瘤早期呈结节状强化,肿瘤坏死不明显;随着时间延长,瘤体呈指数性生长,坏死区显著扩大,边缘呈环形强化;多平面重建技术显示肿瘤定位准确,可从轴位、冠状位及矢状位等多方位定位并测量肿瘤生长情况.结论 多排螺旋CT多平面重建技术能从多方位监测肿瘤生长情况,为临床治疗提供更全面的信息.

Abstract:Objective To explore the value of MSCT with multiplanar reconstruction (MPR) in monitoring the growth of hepatic VX2 tumors in rabbits. Methods Twenty-eight rabbits were used to establish VX2 liver tumor models. The models were randomly devided into four groups according to the time after tumor implantation (7, 10, 15, 21 d). Then dual-phase dynamic contrast-enhanced CT scan was performed. Dynamic enhanced imaging data were undertaken with 3D reformation process with 0.625 mm slice thickness. The images on tranverse, coronal and sagittal sections were obtained. Tumor enhancement degree and tumor volume were recorded from reformation images. After successful CT scanning, the animals were killed. Liver VX2 neoplasms were removed and undertaken histopathologic examination. Results Nodular neoplasms were found in all of the rabbit livers. During early stage, nodular enhancement was observed in the tumors. With the tumor growth, the core without enhancement enlarged, and circular enhancement appeared at the rim of neoplasms. MPR images could localize the tumor accurately, and monitor the tumor development on tranverse, coronal and sagittal sections. Conclusion MSCT with MPR can monitor growth of VX2 tumor on multi-sections, providing more comprehensive information for clinicians.
