| 摘 要： | 目的：比较较稳定的指尖血糖与动态血糖监测系统的血糖结果。方法：选择2008—06／2009—01内分泌科37例住院患者，在指尖血糖监测示血糖相对平稳后佩戴雷兰动态血糖（DGMS）。应用DGMS分析软件了解患者有无低血糖（〈3．9mmol／L）、高血糖（〉11．1mmol／L）、血糖漂移最大幅度。结果：血糖波动系数≤1．5组共9例，其中发生低血糖6例，高血糖2例，血糖漂移最大幅度为（6．82±1．85）mmol／L；〉1．5组共28例，其中发生低血糖15例，高血糖25例，血糖漂移最大幅度为（10．9±3．22）mmol／L。两组比较，低血糖发生比例相近（P〉0．05），发生高血糖及血糖漂移最大幅度在血糖波动系数〉1．5组明显增多（均P〈0．01），两组血糖漂移幅度最大患者均合并低血糖。结论：指尖血糖较好的患者仍须DGMS监测注意低血糖；高血糖和血糖漂移在血糖波动系数〉1．5时显著增多；血糖漂移幅度越大越应注意有无低血糖。
