骶管囊肿的MRI、CT影像对比研究

目的评价MRI和CT对骶管囊肿的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析13例经手术与病理证实的骶管囊肿的MRI与CT表现，5例仅行MRI检查，8例同时做CT和MRI。结果骶管囊肿的MRI表现较具特征性，囊肿信号表现与脑脊液一致，对病变的定性明显优于CT。结论MRI可作为一种常规的影像学检查方法对骶管囊肿患者进行诊断和追踪，CT的优势在于能清楚地表现相邻骨质改变，两者相结合是诊断骶管囊肿的最佳影像学检查方法。

MRI and CT correlative study of sacral canal cyst

Objective To evaluate the value of MRI and CT in the diagnosis of sacral canal cyst.Methods The manifestations of MRI and CT were analyzed retrospectively in 13 cases with operatively and pathologically proven sacral canal cyst.Among them,5 cases were performed with MRI,and 8 cases with both CT and MRI.Results MRI appearances of Sacral canal cyst had characteristics and could be diagnosed before operation,the signal of cysts in accord with that of CSF signal.MRI was superior to CT in the diagnosis of sacral canal cyst.Conclusion MRI is suitable for routine imaging examination in the diagnosis and follow-up of sacral canal cyst;CT can clearly show bone destruction.CT and MRI are effective methods in the diagnosis of sacral canal cyst.
