更昔洛韦、复方甘草酸苷注射液联合治疗小儿传染性单核细胞增多症的临床研究

目的对更昔洛韦、复方甘草酸苷注射液联合治疗小儿传染性单核细胞增多症(IM)的疗效进行评价。方法将60例确诊为IM的患儿随机分为治疗组(30例)和对照组(30例),治疗组联合应用更昔洛韦、复方甘草酸苷注射液治疗;对照组仅给予利巴韦林治疗。比较两组疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为96.7%,对照组总有效率为56.7%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论更昔洛韦、复方甘草酸苷注射液联合治疗小儿IM可提高疗效、缩短疗程及促进免疫功能的恢复。

Study of Ganciclovir and SNMC on treating children with infections mononucleosis

objective To evaluate the curative effects of ganciclovir and stronger neo-minophagen C (SNMC) on children's infections mononucleosis (IM). Methods Sixty children with IM were randomly divided into two groups. The control group (30 cases) was only given ribavirin (10 mg/kg, once a day),the treatment group (30 cases )was given ganciclovir (5 mg/kg,12 h,once a day) and SNMC (1~2)ml/kg, once a day in combination with the basic treatments at the same time for 2 weeks. The curative effects was analyzed. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group (96.7%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (56.7%) (P < 0.01). Conclusion The effective rate of ganciclovir and SNMC on treating children with IM is high,and ganciclovir and SNMC can obviously shorten the course of treatment and improve the recovery process of patients' immune function.
