| 摘 要： | 目的改进胃肠健胶囊中芍药苷含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法，色谱柱为Ultimate^TM XB-C18柱（250mm×4．6mm，5μm），流动相为甲醇-异丙醇-0．7％醋酸溶液（18：2：80），流速为1．0mL·min^-1，检测波长为230nm，柱温为室温。结果芍药苷在0．193～1．158μg线性关系良好（r=0．9997，n=6），平均回收率为96．47％（n=9），RSD为1.93％。结论该法可用于胃肠健胶囊中芍药苷的含量测定。

| Abstract: | Objective To improve the method of paeoniflorin determination in Weichangjian capsules. Methods An HPI.C method was established using Ultimate^TM XB-C18 colum （250 mm× 4.6 mm, 5 μm ） as analytical column, the mobile phase was methanol isopropanol-0. 7% acetic acid solution, the flow rate was 1.0 mL · min^-1 , and detection wavelength was 230 nm. Results The linear range of paeoniflorin was 0. 193-1. 158μg （r=0. 999 7, n=6 ）, the recovery was 96.47%（n=9）, and the RSD was 1.93%. Conclusion The method can be used for the content determination of paeoniflorin in Weichangjian capsules. |
