动态血压评价西拉普利的降压疗效

目的 :评价西拉普利治疗轻、中度高血压的临床疗效及安全性。方法 :4 6例轻、中度高血压患者服用西拉普利 2 .5 mg～ 5 m g每天 1次 ,疗程 4周 ,采用 2 4 h动态血压监测 (ABPM)及随测血压 (CBP)分析。结果 :总有效率80 .4 % ,谷峰比率 (T/ P) :收缩压 (SBP)为 72 .4 % ,舒张压 (DBP)为 5 0 .6%。治疗后 2 4 h SBP、DBP,平均 SBP负荷值、 DBP负荷值均有显著性下降 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;白昼 SBP、DBP下降有非常显著性 (P <0 .0 1)。不良反应的发生率10 .9%。结论 :西拉普利治疗轻、中度高血压安全、有效 ,耐受性良好。

AN ASSESSMENT OF HYPOTENSIVE EFFECT OF CILAZAPRIL BY AMBULATORY BLOOD PRESSURE MONITORING

Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safty of cilazapril in the treatment of mild to moderate hypertension.Methods:Cilazapril was used in 46 patients with mild to moderate hypertension,2.5 mg～5 mg per day for 4 weeks,with the observation of ambulatory blood pressure monitoring ( ABPM ) and casual blood pressure ( CBP ). Results:Effective rate was 80.4%.Trough to peak ratio of SBP and DBP was 72.4% and 50.6%,respectively.After therapy,24 h mean SBP and DBP,mean blood pressure burden (S>18.7 kPa,D>12 kPa) were markedly reduced (P<0.05);day mean SBP and DBP were significantly reduced (P<0.01).The occurrence of adverse effects was 10.9%.Conclusion:Cilazapril is effective,safe and well tolerated in patients with mild to moderate hypertension.
