缺氧缺血性脑病新生儿血浆一氧化氮与氧自由基的变化及意义

摘    要:目的:探讨一氧化氮(NO)及氧自由基(OFR)在新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)中的作用及意义。方法:取正常及HIE急性期新生儿的静脉血制备成血浆,采用硝酸还原酶法测定NO的含量,用化学比色法测定MDA的含量及SOD的活力,用ELISA法测定NSE水平。结果:HIE急性期新生儿血浆NO、MDA及NSE水平较正常对照组新生儿均明显增高(均P<0.01);而SOD活力则明显降低(P<0.01)。结论:NO和OFR与新生儿HIE的发病机制有关。

Abstract:Objective:To study the effects of NO and OFR(oxygen free radical) in the neonates with hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy (HIE).Methods:Two groups of neonates were prepared, namely:① normally control group; ② HIE acute group.NO,MDA(malonyldialdehyde),SOD(superoxide dismutase) and NSE(neuron specific enolase) in the plasma were measured.Results:Compared with control group,the plasma NO,MDA and NSE levels increased significantly (P<0.01),SOD activity decreased significantly (P<0.01) in HIE acute group.Conclusion:NO and OFR are related to pathogenesis of HIE in the neonates.
