人眼外肌栅栏氏感觉终端的光镜结构观察

摘    要:目的 :观察人眼外肌栅栏氏本体感受终端光镜结构。方法 :标本取自眼球摘除者和共同性斜视患者的眼外肌 ,Holm e′s银染法光镜观察。结果 :位于眼外肌肌腱连接处的感受器神经纤维终止于邻近单个梭外肌纤维的起始处或肌纤维的上、下两侧。结论 :感受器神经终端与单个梭外肌纤维紧密接触 ,为“流入学说”提供了形态学依据

Abstract:Objective:In order to investigate the structure of palisade endings (PEs) which are proprioceptors in human extraocular muscles under light microscopy.Methods:The samples were obtained from the extraocular muscles of patients who were enucleated and those who were suffering from concomitant strabismus.Results:The nerve fibers of PEs locating at the myotendinous junction of extraocular muscles terminated on the tip or the sides of a nearby single extrafusal fiber.Conclusion:The studies indicated that PEs are connected closely with the extrafusal fibers,providing a morphological evidence for the Inflow Theory
