非小细胞肺癌血管内皮生长因子和胰岛素样生长因子1受体的表达与放射敏感性的相关性研究

 目的 研究非小细胞肺癌（NSCLC）中血管内皮生长因子（VEGF）和胰岛素样生长因子1受体（IGF-1R）的表达与放射敏感性之间的关系。方法 对64例行根治性放疗的NSCLC患者，进行近期疗效评价，检测VEGF及IGF-1R结果，明确这两项指标与放射敏感性之间的相关性。结果 近期疗效为CR12例（18.8 %），PR30例（46.9 %），局部有效率为65.6 %。在VEGF表达阴性的24例中放疗达有效者20例（83.3 %），阳性40例中达有效者22例（55.0 %）（ P＜0.05）。在IGF-1R表达阴性的12例中放疗达有效者10例（83.3 %），高于阳性52例中达有效者32例（58.2 %）（P＞0.05）。结论 NSCLC中VEGF的阴性表达与肿瘤近期疗效呈正相关，对放射敏感。VEGF表达可作为评估肿瘤放射敏感性的指标之一。

Relationships between expressions of VEGF and IGF-1R and radiosensifivity of non-small cell lung cancer

Objective To evaluate the relationships between the expressions of VEGF and IGF-1R and radiosensitivity for non-small cell lung cancer. Methods While sixty-four patients with NSCLC were treated with curative radiotherapy, the expressions of VEGF and IGF-1R in specimens were studied before radiotherapy by means of SP immunohistochemistry staining. The expressions of VEGF and IGF-1R and the effective rate that was radiosensitive were further analyzed by computer. Results The whole effective rate in all patients was 66.7 %. The effective rate of these tumors with VEGF negative was significantly higher than those with VEGF positive (83.3 % and 55.0 %). There was some difference in the effective rate between groups of IGF-1R negative and positive groups (83.3 % and 58.2 %), but the difference was not significant. Conclusion Patients with NSCLC with negative expression of VEGF is more sensitive to radiotherapy than those with positive expression of VEGF. VEGF expression may be a radiosensitivity predictor.
