平喘2号治疗支气管哮喘的临床与实验研究

目的:观察平喘2号治疗支气管哮喘的临床疗效,并探讨其机制.方法:将100例哮喘患者随机分为平喘2号组(治疗组)和桂龙咳喘宁组(对照组).观察治疗前后哮喘症状及体征、肺功能、外周血嗜酸性粒细胞(EOS)计数、免疫球蛋白(IgE)等的变化,并进行动物实验研究.结果:(1)治疗组临床控显率和有效率及肺功能改善均高于对照组(P＜0.05);EOS、IgE较对照组均显著降低(P＜0.05或P＜0.01).(2)实验研究结果表明,平喘2号能降低血浆血栓素B2(TXB2)、内皮素(ET)含量,升高血清一氧化氮(NO)、血浆6-酮-前列腺素F1α(6-keto-PGF1α)含量.结论:平喘2号对支气管哮喘疗效显著,其作用与调节免疫功能、抗过敏、拮抗炎症介质有关.

Clinical and Experimental Studies on Treatment of Bronchial Asthma with Pingchuan No.2

Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of Pingchuan No. 2 on bronchial asthma and to explore the mechanism. Methods: 100 cases of asthma were randomly divided into a Pingchuan No. 2 group (treatment group) and a Guilong Kechuan Ning group (control group). Changes of symptoms and signs of asthma, pulmonary function, peripheral eosinocyte counts (EOS) and IgE after treatment were investigated, and animal experiments were carried out. Results: The clinically control rate, effective rate and improvement of pulmonary function in treatment group were higher than those in control group (P< 0. 05). EOS and IgE level were significantly decreased in control group (P<0. 05 or P<0. 01). Pingchuan No. 2 decreased plasma thromboxane (TXB2). endothelin (ET) contents and increased serum nitric oxide (NO). plasma 6-keto-prostaglandin contents. Conclusion: Pingcuan No. 2 has obvious therapeutic effect on bronchial asthma, which is related with regulation of immune function, antiallergic action and antagonising inflammatory media.
