96例阑尾炎手术时机选择的临床分析

目的：探讨阑尾炎阑尾切除术的选择时机。方法：行阑尾手术的阑尾炎患者96例，按发病时间分为3组，对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果：3天以内组62例，术切除62例（100％）；4～7天组28例，手术切除23例（78．6％）；8～14天组6例，手术切除2例（33.3％）。除后两组5例（14．7％）伤口感染外，无其他严重的并发症。结论：发病3天以上的急性阑尾炎仍应选择手术切除。

Except that 5 of two the last groups （14.7%） wound is infected with, there are no other serious complications. Conclusion： Onset must choose the operation to excise in 3 days and more than acute appendicitis.
