摘 要: | 目的探讨急性脑梗死患者血清基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP-9)和外周血白细胞计数变化规律及灯盏细辛干扰的影响。方法选择急性脑梗死患者80例,随机分为灯盏细辛组和常规组,每组40例,健康体检者40例作为对照组。分别于用药前和用药后5、14天测定血清MMP-9的水平,并进行测定外周血白细胞计数。结果与对照组比较,常规组发病24 h内MMP-9水平和白细胞计数明显升高(P<0.05),发病5天达高峰(P<0.01),发病14天降至正常水平。相关性分析,MMP-9与白细胞呈正相关(r=0.9186,P<0.01);灯盏细辛组治疗后14天,爱丁堡+斯堪的那维亚神经功能缺损评分及Barthel指数较常规组明显下降(P<0.01)。结论脑梗死患者急性期MMP-9及白细胞计数明显增高,灯盏细辛注射液能阻碍介导炎性反应的细胞因子的产生,参与了抗炎过程。

Changes of serum MMP-9 levels in geriatric patients with ACI and the effect of Erigeron breviscapus intervention |

Abstract: | Objective To investigate the changes of serum matrix metallo-proteinase-9 (MMP-9) and peripheral leucocyte count in geriatric patients with acute cerebral infarction(ACI) and the effect of Erigeron breviscapus intervention. Methods Eighty geriatric patients with ACI were di-vided stochastically into two groups: Erigeron breviscapus group and conventional treatment group ,and each group had 40 cases. Forty persons who participated in physical exam served as controls. Before and 5 and 14 days after medication,serum MMP-9 levels were measured and pe-ripheral leucocyte count was determined. Results Compared with the control group, MMP-9 and the leucocyte levels in patients receiving conventional treatment increased obviously (P<0.05),reached the peak level on day 5 (P<0. 01), and declined to the normal level after 14 days.MMP-9 level and the leucocyte count were positively correlated (r=0. 9186,P<0.01). In Erig-eron breviscapus group, 14 days after medication, SNFD and Barthel index dropped obviously (P<0.01) compared with the conventional treatment group. Conclusion The MMP-9 level and the peripheral leucocyte count increased obviously in patients with ACI. The Erigeron breviscapus injection can hinder the production of cytokines intermediating inflammation response, and partici-pate in the anti-inflammation process. |
