椎间融合钉棒系统治疗胸腰段椎间盘突出症分析

目的 探讨胸腰段椎间盘突出症的临床表现及特点,评价前路间盘切除椎间融合钉棒(USS/RSS)系统内固定治疗胸腰段椎间盘突出症的疗效.方法 分析2008～2011年在该院经过CT、MRI诊断的胸腰段椎间盘突出症30例的临床资料,并将其分为低位胸椎组( T10-11～T12L1)17例,高位腰椎组(L1-2～L2-3)13例.30例胸腰段椎间盘突出症患者,均采用侧前方入路,摘除胸腰段突出的椎间盘并进行椎管减压,椎间应用椎间融合器植骨融合,并用钉棒( USS/RSS)系统内固定.结果 30例患者术后能早期离床功能锻炼,疗效可靠,手术取得良好的临床效果.结论 结果表明,前路间盘切除椎间融合钉棒系统(USS/RSS)内固定治疗胸腰段椎间盘突出症,可稳定脊柱,减压彻底,避免损伤脊髓,融合和固定可靠,是一种较好的治疗方法.

Analysis on interbody fusion screw and rod system for the treatment of thoracolumbar disc disease

【Objective】 To discuss the clinical manifestations and characteristics of thoracolumbar disc herniation,evaluate the curative effect on anterior discectomy lumbar interbody fusion and internal fixation of thoracolumbar disc disease in the screw and rod system(USS/RSS).【Methods】 30 clinical cases on thoracolumbar disc herniation diagnosised by CT and MRI in the hospital were divided into two groups,one was low thoracic group including(T10-11～T12L1) 17 cases,one was high lumbar group including(L1-2～L2-3) 13 cases.During the surgery,the horacolumbar herniated intervertebral discs was removed with the side of front approach from these 30 thoracolumbar disc herniation cases,spinal canal was decompressed,internally with screw and rod system(USS/RSS) was fixed after bone graft fusion with interbody fusion cage between vertebras.【Results】 These 30 patients all did functional exercise earlier stage after surgery,the efficacy was reliable and these surgery achieved good clinical effect.【Conclusions】 The results suggests that anterior discectomy and interbody fusion screw and rod system fixation in the treatment of horacolumbar disc herniation can stabilize the spine,decompress thoroughly,avoid spinal cord from injury,fusion and fixation is reliable,so the surgery is a better treatment.
