| 摘 要： | 本文分析了M型和二维超声心动图对慢性肺心病患者的探查结果。建议增加肺心病的二维超声心动图诊断指标,如右室切面内径(长径、短径)、右室切面面积、右室面积与左室面积比值、右室前壁厚度与左室后壁厚度比值等。并对正常人、肺心病及高血压病患者三者之间的超声心动图特点进行了鉴别。

| Abstract: | The paper analysed the results of M mode and two dimensional echocardiography in chronic cor pulmonal. We advise to add following diagnostic parameter of two dimensional echocardiography: RVLDd,RVSDd,RVA,RVA/ LVA,RVAWX/LVAWT. And the echocardiography feature of normal person, cor pulmonal and hypertention were distingnished. |
