| 摘 要： | 目的:比较研究NeosonoTM根管测量仪和X线手感法用于根管治疗的准确性。方法:抽取80例根管治疗病例,随机分为两组,在根管预备前分别应用NeosonoTM根管测量仪和X线手感法进行根管测量,以此长度进行根管预备和充填。然后摄X线牙片,比较其准确率。结果:用NeosonoTM根管测量仪和X线手感法指导的根管充填准确率分别为92.5%和82.5%,差异有显著性。结论:NeosonoTM测量仪是一种操作方便、准确率高的根管长度测量仪,值得临床推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the clinical value of electronic method and the handing combined with X-ray method for measuring work length of root canals.Methods: 80 cases who needed root canals needed root canal therapy were divided into two groups,their work length were measured with Neosono~(TM) apex locator(A group) and the handing combined with X-ray method(B group),after root canals clotted temporary,the teeth were imaged with X-ray,then their accuracy was compared.Results: The accurate rate of A and B groups were 92.5%and 82.5% respectively,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: Neosono~(TM) electronic apex locator is an effective and simple method for measuring the canal length. |
