| 摘 要： | 目的:观察芪防消瘾汤治疗小儿慢性荨麻疹的临床疗效。方法:52例慢性荨麻疹患儿采用芪防消瘾汤治疗,随证加减,10 d为1个疗程。结果:痊愈48例,占92.30%;有效2例,占3.85%;无效2例,占3.85%。总有效率为96.15%。结论:芪防消瘾汤治疗小儿慢性荨麻疹具有显著的治疗作用,临床疗效满意。

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Qifangxiaoyin Decoction in the treatment of pediatric chronic urticaria. Methods： Qifangxiaoyin Decoction was oral taken, plus other traditional Chinese medicine according to the syndrome, 10 days a course. Results： 48 cases were cured, accounting for 92.30%, 2 cases effective, for 3.85% ; 2 cases ineffective, for 3.85%, with a total effective rate of 96.15%. Conclusion： The aplication of Qifangxiaoyin Decoction to pediatric chronic urticaria can get remarkable and satisfactory effects. |
