| 摘 要： | 王道坤教授认为慢性萎缩性胃炎的病因无外饮食劳伤、寒热失衡、肝气犯胃,临床辨证分为中虚气滞型、脾胃阴虚型、湿热阻络型、肝胃不和型4型,治疗中虚气滞证可用化瘀消痞汤加减治疗,脾胃阴虚证则用枳壳益胃汤加减,湿热阻络证选用三仁汤加减,肝胃不和证用疏肝和胃汤加减。并附化瘀消痞汤证验案1则以资验证。

| Abstract: | Professor Wang Daokun argues that the causes of chronic atrophic gastritis {CAG） include improper diet, unbalanced coldness and heat, stomach-attacking hepatic qi and that the clinic types include qi stagnation due to central asthenia, yin asthenia of pancreas and stomach, hygropyretic blocking of collaterals, unharmonious liver and stomach. The first type can be treated with changed Decoction for Eliminating Stagnation and Mass, the second type with fructus aurantii Decoction to Strengthen Stomach function, the third type with changed Three Seeds Decoction, the fourth with Decoction of Mediating Liver and Stomach. And one case is included for the reference. |
