| 摘 要： | 目的：建立熊胆滴眼剂中牛磺熊去氧胆酸的测定方法。方法；采用ＨＰＬＣ测定熊胆滴眼剂中牛磺熊去氧胆酸的含量，以中性氧化铝吸附黄芩甙除干扰，达到了很好的分离效果。结果：平均回收率９７．２６％，ＲＳＤ１．４９％。结论：本和法简便、快速、准确、重复性好。

| Abstract: | Objective: TUDCA in Bear Gall Eye Drop. Methods: HPLC method was developed for the determination of TUDCA in Bear Gall Eye Drops. Neuteral Al 2O 3 was used to absorb baicalin in order to wipe off violation and obtain good separation purpose.Results: The average recovery is 97.26% and RSD is 1.49%.Conclusion: This method is simple, quick, accurate and with good reproducibility |
