| 摘 要： | 目的: 探讨MRI检查诊断外伤性骨髓水肿的价值。方法: 分析21例肢体外伤后X线摄片或CT扫描无异常征象患者的MRI表现。结果: 21例共有30处外伤性骨髓水肿病灶,T1WI发现26个,T2WI发现19个,STIR序列显示全部病灶。结论: MRI检查对外伤性骨髓水肿具有较高的诊断价值,STIR序列显示效果最佳。

| Abstract: | Objective:To improve the level of MRI diagnosis in traumatic marrow edema.Methods:The MRI of 21 patients with traumatic limbs,but without abnormal findings by X-ray or CT scan was analyzed.Results:There were 30 traumatic medulla oedema focuses in the 21 patients.T_1WI detected 26(86.7%)and T_2WI detected 19(63.3%),and all of the focuses were shown on the STIR series(100%).Conclusions:MRI in traumatic medulla oedema could improve the diagnosis value and clinical significance. |
