| 摘 要： | 目的 观察冠脉宁对老年冠心病心绞痛血液流变学、血脂的影响。方法 ６４例冠心病心绞痛属心阴虚血瘀证的老年患者，分治疗组３２例服冠脉宁片，对照组３２例服复方丹参片，疗程８周，治疗前后查血液流变学、血脂、心电图，并观察心绞痛症状。结果 治疗组的全血粘度、血浆粘度、红细胞聚集指数、纤维蛋白原、血小板粘附率和ＴＣ、ＴＧ较对照组明显改善（Ｐ〈０．０１或Ｐ〈０．０５），心绞痛及心电图疗效亦优于对照组（Ｐ〈０．０

| Abstract: | To observe the influence of Guanmaining (GMN) on hemorrheology and blood-lipid in elderly patients with angina of CHD. Methods: 64 elderly patients with deficiency of heart- yin and blood stasis syndrome of angina were divided into treatment group (32 cases) receiving GMN and the control group (32 cases) administrated with Fufang Danshen tablet for 4 weeks. The indexes of hemorrheology, blood-lipid and ECG were detected and the changes of angina were observed before and after treatment. Results: After treatment, the whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity. erythrocyte agglutination index, fibrinogen, platelet adhesion rate, TC and TG were markedly improved in treatment group than control group (P < 0. 01, P < 0. 05), the effect on angina and ECG were also better than that of control group (P < 0. 05). Conclusion: GMN improves hemorrheology, lowers blood- lipid and prevents the incidence and development of angina. |
