摘    要:目的检测MAGE-3蛋白在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)中的表达,为该蛋白作为疫苗来源对NSCLC患者进行免疫治疗提供依据。方法采用流式细胞术(FCM)对MAGE-3蛋白在3种人肺癌细胞系和56例NSCLC标本及相邻正常肺组织标本中的表达情况进行比较。结果3种人肺癌细胞系均表达MAGE-3蛋白;56例NSCLC标本中,26例表达MAGE-3蛋白,其中鳞状细胞癌的表达率明显高于腺癌的表达率(P<0.01),而相邻正常肺组织均不表达该蛋白。结论MAGE-3蛋白在NSCLC中呈高频率表达,提示该蛋白是对NSCLC患者进行免疫治疗的适宜疫苗来源。

Abstract:Objective To determine the expression of MAGE-3 protein in non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)and to present the evidence of using this protein as the vaccine for immunotherapy of NSCLC patients.Methods The expression of MAGE-3 protein in 3 human lung cancer cell lines and 56 NSCLC samples together with the adjacent normal lung samples was detected by flow cytometry(FCM).Results All 3 human lung cancer cell lines expressed MAGE-3 protein;of the 56 NSCLC samples,26 expressed MAGE-3 protein,and the expression rate in squamous cell carcinoma was higher than in adenocarcinoma,whereas none of the adjacent normal lung samples expressed MAGE-3 protein.Conclusion MAGE-3 protein is expressed at a high frequency in NSCLC samples,and it may be the suitable vaccine material for immunotherapy for NSCLC patients.
