山莨菪碱对脑血管内皮细胞与自由基的影响

摘    要:采用电子显微镜观察沙鼠急性缺血再灌注后内皮细胞的变化及山莨菪碱对其的作用,结果发现缺血再灌注组脑血管内皮细胞间隙增宽,紧密连接破坏,采用电子顺磁共振法测定自由基单位重量积分强度为52921.142±2.765;山莨菪碱组脑血管内皮细胞损伤明显减轻,并且自由基单位重量积分强度为35562.926±8.137(P<0.05)。说明山莨菪碱能够保护脑血管内皮细胞和具有清除氧自由基作用

Abstract:The role of free radicals and cerebrovascular endothelial cell in post ischemic injury is studied. The brain ischemia reperfusion model was produced in mongolian gerbil. Free radicals determination by ESR, ultrastructural observation by electron microscopy. Results showed that anisodamine treated reperfusion group showed improvement in cerebrovascular endotheliocytic lesion as compared to untreated reperfusion group; that free radicals levels were significantly decreased in anisodamine treated repeifusion group as compared to untreated reperfusion ( P < 0.05 ).
