| 摘 要： | 用单克隆抗体间接免疫荧光标记法测定创伤性休克病人单个核细胞表面Ｍａｃ－１、ＣＤ１８的表达。结果，创伤后单个核细胞表面Ｍａｃ－１、ＣＤ１８表达增加，以ＣＤ１８为著。它可能参与休克时微循环中白细胞贴壁粘着的发生，带来微循环血流紊乱

| Abstract: | Using indirect immunofluorescence method, the surface expression of Mac 1 and CD 18 on human mononuclear cell were investigated in traumatic shock. The results showed that the surface expression of Mac 1 and CD 18 on monounclear cell increased after trauma, especially CD 18 . Perhaps it took part in the leukocyte endothelium adhesion (LEA) in microcirculation during shock, and caused the blood flow disorder of microcirculation. |
