| 摘 要： | 用随机电脉冲刺激ＳＤ大鼠足底部造成应激，在此基础上检测其血液流变性及血脂。结果显示：应激状态下上述指标较对照组明显增高，这与临床血瘀证患者血液流变学特征一致，提示应激可导致血瘀症；而益气通络丹对上述病理变化有显著的改善作用。结果提示：益气通络丹具有防护应激性血瘀证的作用

| Abstract: | tress was induced by stimulating feet of SD rats with a nonperiodic electric current. The changes in viscosity of whole blood and plasma, platelet aggregation, hematocrit, erythrocyte filterability and blood lipid were observed. The resluts showed that the parameters above mentioned were significantly increased in stress group, which was similar to that of blood stasis in patients, indicating that stress might result in blood stasis of rats. Inversely, the parameters were markedly decreased in Yiqitongluodan (YQTLD) group, which suggested that YQTLD might be benificial to attenuating the damages by stress. |
