围产期脑损伤性脑萎缩患儿血自由基及甲襞微循环的变化

摘    要:对50例围产期脑损伤性小儿脑萎缩进行血氧自由基测定和甲襞微循环观察。结果显示:小儿脑萎缩患儿血各项SOD值较正常组明显降低。MDA值明显升高。甲襞微循环形态、流态、综合积分值均高于正常组,以输入枝痉挛、血管袢数目减少、红细胞聚集为主要改变。结果提示围产期脑损伤性脑萎缩的形成有脑微循环障碍和氧自由基损伤的参与

Abstract:Blood free radicals and nailfold microcirculation were measured and observed in 50 pediatric patients with encephalatrophy caused by brain injury during the perinatal period. The results showed that blood T SOD (superoxide dismutase), Mn SOD, and CuZn SOD significantly dropped down ( P < 0.01 ) as compared with normal controls. MDA was more significantly increased than that of the controls ( P < 0.01 ). The integral value of morphology, stream mode and periloop state of nailfold microcirculation were higher than that of the controls ( P < 0.01 ). Microcirculatory changes included spasm of vasa afferentia, decreased number of capillary loops, and aggregation of red blood cells. The results indicated that free oxygen radicals in blood and microcirculatory disturbance in brain were the pathophysiological basis for pediatric cerebral injury during the perinatal period.
