过氧乙酸与防冻剂对消毒效果影响观察

摘    要:为了解防冻剂对过氧乙酸杀菌效果的影响,采用正交设计试验,以载体定量杀菌试验法进行了实验室研究。结果,在 20g/L过氧乙酸内加入体积分数 15%乙醇和 50g/L十二烷基苯磺酸钠,可使其冻结温度下降到 -15℃。在所观察的乙醇(A)、十二烷基磺酸钠(B)和过氧乙酸(C)等 3因素中,以A1B2C1 组合对细菌的杀灭率最高,差异有显著性,即过氧乙酸起决定因素;乙醇和十二烷基苯磺酸钠对杀菌效果的影响没有显著性。结论,过氧乙酸和乙醇交互作用明显,表明乙醇能增强过氧乙酸的杀菌效果。最佳组合A1B2C1 对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢作用 60min的杀灭率为 99. 23%。

Abstract:In order to know the influence of antifreeze on germicidal efficacy of peracetic acid, orthogonal design test and carrier quantitative germicidal test were used to carry out laboratory study. Results: Addition of 15% (v/v) ethanol and 50 g/L sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate to 20 g/L peracetic acid could cause lowering of freezing temperature to -15℃. Among the 3 factors observed, i.e. ethanol (A), sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate (B) and peracetic acid (C), combination of A 1B 2C 1 gave the highest bactericidal rate with significant difference. This meant that peracetic acid was the decisive factor and the influence of ethanol and sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate on germicidal efficacy was not significant. Conclusions: Peracetic acid and ethanol have significant interaction, indicating that ethanol can enhance the germicidal efficacy of peracetic acid. The best combination A 1B 2C 1 with a 60 min contact time killed 99.23% of spores of Bacillus subtilis var. niger.
