| 摘 要： | 目的探讨环状混合痔手术治疗的有效疗法。方法将96例环状混合痔患者随机分为治疗组（50倒）和对照组（46例），治疗组采用翼形切除结扎术，对照组采用外剥内扎术，比较术后疗效和并发症等情况。结果治疗组治愈41例，有效8例，总有效率98％。对照组治愈24例，有效17例，总有效率89．1％。治疗组明显高于对照组（P〈0．01），治疗组并发症少于对照组。结论翼形切除结扎术疗效确切，术后伤口出血、水肿、肛门狭窄明显减少，复发率低。
