摘    要:目的比较不同产地荷叶药材总黄酮的含量。方法采用紫外-可见光分光光度法,以芦丁为对照品,NaNO3-Al(NO3)3-NaOH显色,在500 nm处测定总黄酮含量。结果在14.43~72.15μg.ml-1范围内,吸光度与浓度线性关系良好(r=0.9995),平均回收率为100.64%(RSD=0.90%),不同产地药材总黄酮含量范围为1.88%~10.99%。结论不同产地荷叶药材中总黄酮含量存在较大差异。

Abstract:Objective:To develop a method to determinate flavonoids in Folium Nelumbinis from different areas.Methods: The flavonoids in Folium Nelumbinis were determined by spectrophotometry at 500nm.Rutin was used for comparison.The color reagent was a mixture of NaNO2-Al(NO3)3-NaOH solution.Results: The calibration curve was linear in the range of 14.43~72.15 μg·ml-1(r=0.9995).The average recovery was 100.64%(RSD=0.90%).The contents of flavonoids from different areas are 1.88%~10.99%.Conclusion: The yields of the flavonoids from different areas are different..
