| 摘 要： | 结合抗击SARS中所采取的一些应对措施,论述了实施危机管理时应注意的禁忌事项:忌缺乏预见性,没有危机意识;忌分不清是危机,还是机遇;忌信息渠道不畅,报喜不报忧;忌惯性思维,缺乏应变能力;忌三心二意,不分轻重缓急;忌决策不果断;举棋不定;忌措施不坚决,拖泥带水;忌做表面文章,措施不到位;忌言而无信,不能以诚相待;忌盲目乐观,好了伤疤忘了疼。

| Abstract: | Based on some measures to respond SARS in fighting SARS, the article discusses the taboos in implementing crisis management; without farsightedness and crisis sense; one can not distinguish crisis from opportunity; information channel is not smooth, reporting the good news but not the bad; inertial thinking and without contingency ability; being of two minds, one can not do things according to importance and urgency; making decision not resolutely, hesitating about what move to make; the measures are not absolute and being messy; showing and formalism, measures are not actually implemented; failing to keep faith and not being honest with; being unre-alistically optimistic, forgetting the bitter past released from one's suffering. |
