基于AHP-CRITIC赋权法优化明目益睛丸成型工艺

摘    要:目的:明确权重指标,优选复方明目益睛成丸工艺。方法:以水分、溶散时限、成丸合格率为评价指标,采用层次分析法(analytic hierarchy process, AHP)、基于指标客观性的权重赋权法(criteria importance through inter-criteria correlation, CRITIC)、AHP-CRITIC混合加权法,计算各指标的相对系数进行权重分配并综合评分,结合Box-Behnken响应面试验优化成型工艺,并加以验证。结果:AHP-CRITIC混合加权法的合理及稳定性优于单一赋权法,该方法最终优选出明目益睛丸的成型工艺条件为:加水量为0.8倍量,软材浸润0.5h,干燥温度60℃,干燥时间8h。重复验证实验综合评分均值88.21,RSD为0.29%。结论:AHP-CRITIC法科学确定多指标权重,经验证试验证实了优选出的成型工艺稳定可行,可用于实际规模化生产。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To clarify the weight index and optimize the technology of compound Mingmu Yijing pills. METHODS Water content, dissolution time limit and bolus-forming pass rate were included as evaluation indexes. The analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and the criterion importance through inter-criteria correlation (CRITIC) method based on the objectivity of indicators are adopted, AHP-CRITIC mixed weighting method. In this way, the relative coefficients of each index were calculated for weight distribution and comprehensive score, and the molding process was optimized and verified by Box-Behnken response surface test. RESULTS Compared with the single weighting method, the AHP-CRITIC mixed weighting method is more reasonable and stable. This method finally optimized the forming process conditions of Mingmu Yijing pills as follows: adding water amount of 0.8 times, soft material infiltration for 0.5h, drying temperature of 60℃, drying time of 8h. The mean comprehensive score of validation experiment was 88.21, RSD was 0.29%. CONCLUSION AHP-CRITIC method scientifically determines the weight of multiple indicators, and the verification test confirms that the optimized molding process is stable and feasible, which can be used in practical large-scale production.
