| 摘 要： | 目的探讨板层角膜移植治疗真菌性角膜溃疡的临床效果。方法12例（12眼）真菌性角膜溃疡角膜感染灶面积均大于8mm直径。术中彻底切除病灶组织，用冷冻保存角膜材料行板层移植。结果12例（12眼）术后均有效控制了感染，观察半年，未见复发。视力有不同程度的提高。结论板层角膜移植可有效治疗真菌性角膜溃疡。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical effect of lamellar keratoplasty for fungal corneal ulcer. Methods 12 cases with fungal corneal ulcer were subjected to lamellar keratoplasty using eryoconservation corneal materials. Results The infection was cotrolled efficiently in all 12 cases. No recurrence was seen postoperatively followed-up by 6 months. The visual acuity was improved in different degree. Conclusions Lamellar keratoplasty is an effective way to treat fungal corneal ulcer. |
